    • Minion Damage Modifier adjusted from 55/60/65/70/75% to 70% at all ranks.
    • Removed: Flame Spitter no longer prevents minions from dying to other minions.
    • New: Flame Spitter now deals 1 bonus tick of damage if it would kill a lane minion.
